There is no disputing the fact that players who have been on the cover of the popular video game NFL Madden (EA Sports) in the past decade and a half have had their fair share of bad luck. I thought it would be a good idea to see how real this “curse” is, by going back to each cover since 1999 to see how each player has been effected by injuries or a downright awful season. No, I’m not going to talk about if curses are real or not but I am going to see how many players missed games during their season campaign following their Madden cover debut.
